Pram-to-be-Fit Mummy Workout

Pram-to-be-Fit Mummy Workout is set up to help mums to strive a balance between keeping fit and spending quality time with their kids, giving you the opportunity and possibility to stay connected with your kids while working out.  This class is for mums with kids from newborn to aged 5 who are happy to stay in their prams for most of the time.

What to expect

This workout is specifically designed for women; in particular the physical needs of postpartum mums.  Each class consists of power walking and toning exercises.  You work at your own pace within the group.

Socialising with other mummies and babies creates loads of fun and would help reduce the rate of postpartum depression too.

Babies love it too!

Babies love being on the move. Your baby gets the best seat in the house to watch mummy exercise, enjoy the park and meet other babies.
Classes encourage your baby's development with singing, socialization and new experiences.

  • Feed baby before coming to class

Healthy Kids & Teens Programme

Many children in the developed countries are overweight and that number is growing.  Obesity in children is a problem because health issues often arise.  Overweight children suffer from diabetes and heart disease and these problems often carry over into adulthood.

At Physique 360, we have one-to-one personal training for kids and teens, as well as classes for parents and their children.  When you exercise with your child you will be spending time together, as well as supporting the fitness habit.
