I have been training with Caroline for almost 2 years now and the results have been outstanding. I started with only two sessions per week and I have now increased to three. Before I met Caroline, I really did not like going to the gym, as I preferred doing outdoor activities. With the increased workload, I ended up doing nothing. With Caroline’s company and expertise, I now enjoy my great workout during lunch time. She knows exactly how to motivate and push me to excel in my fitness. The results are quite extraordinary, really: I now have much more energy, lost the really un-charming “love handles”, gained nice muscle tone and feel in general much better about my appearance. Caroline deserves all the credit for this transformation as, hasn’t it been for her enthusiasm and friendly approach, I would probably have stopped long time ago. She really makes working out fun and very efficient. I would highly recommend her services. |

I have been extremely pleased with the results I have achieved with Caroline. In just SIX SHORT WEEKS, I managed to lose 7.6cm off my waist, 2.5cm off my hips, and 5.1cm off each of my thighs (that’s a total of 20.3cm) and feel so much better already. My blood pressure has improved and I no longer get breathless walking up stairs. I have not been to a gym for more than 10 years so to keep going three times a week has been fantastic. Caroline has made sure that I have a varied workout each time so I don't get bored. I would recommend her a personal trainer as you get her full attention when you have a session with her. I recommend Caroline to everyone!!! My ultimate goal is to lose the “Singapore stone” (about 6-7 kgs) that I gained over the first year of being here and to generally tone up my whole body and flatten my stomach. Caroline listened and responded well to my requirements. She has worked out a program for me that am working and I am definitely seeing the results. I try to train 3 times a week, it is definitely better to get into a regular regime, where the rest of my day is actually planned around my personal training, rather than fitting in sessions as and when. Since beginning my training, I have lost 5+ kgs and about 25cms in total. My blood pressure level has decreased and I have noticeably increased my fitness levels. Visiting the gym used to be a punishment for “bad days”. But, now I see this as a full life experience of body & mind.
